John did a very good job with my project (and still continues to help as needed). First of all, my project was not easy. In the end not only did he install a new antenna, but two new receivers, multiple routers, a new wireless access point, Tivo and Roku boxes and assisted with the set up. He did run into challenges and kept working at it to the point he spent two whole days with the project. In the end we have most of it working. I hesitate to give a «5» not because he did not do a good job but because a «5» to me is perfection. However, Cable alternatives is well on its way to providing and extremely good service and viable alternative to the ripoff that has become cable.

We cut the cable cord a couple months ago and do not miss it. I can’t believe the crystal clear picture and all the channels we get with the antenna Cable Alternatives installed for us. Wish we had done it sooner.

It was a big decision for my husband & I to cut the cable, but John was very helpful in showing us all the options based on our current viewing habits. He also worked hard on rescheduling our appointment for the installation of our antanae so that when the cable was cut we had TV to watch. The installer worked hard to place the antanae in the best spot on the roof to get the best reception as well as keeping it as hidden as possible. We are thrilled with the reception we get!
