Food continues to be surprisingly high-​quality, especially for Perkins. Must be a company-​wide push. Service, from managers on down to support staff, is typically mediocre at best and terrible at worst. I understand that late shifts can be rough, but some of the night crew are awful. CAVEAT: This is all with the exception of Albert. Dude is one of the best servers I’ve ever had. In any restaurant. Kills it every time.

Could I give it zero stars I would
Terrible slow service. I waited a long time after I was seated because the waitress was dealing with a party
I asked to order right away and got my food eventually but had to wait for drinks and coffee
Food was poor quality too
Worst Perkins experience ever.
I’m used to consistently great service at Perkins too

Average Perkins. Lunch and dinner menu nothing to get excited about. Girlfriend had to have their pancakes one last time before we moved to California. Service adequate.

This Perkins has improved by leaps and bounds. I’ve been coming here since back when they had the smoking section windowed off in the back. I remember when the ceiling tiles were tar-​stained and the windows yellowed. That’s just not the case anymore.
The restaurant has really gotten a face-​lift, it’s very pleasant now.

I would say this is better than Friendly’s but not as good as The Cheesecake Factory in the grand scheme of chain restaurants. I usually try to avoid places like this since the food is usually over-​priced and underwhelming. This place is no different, just not as bad as I would have expected. You’re still better off finding a mom and pop diner.
For what it’s worth this is the first place I’ve ever had fried green beans which were actually kinda tasty… I could complain about my milkshake and pasta with cream sauce, but do you really care?
