This is like a starbucks but alot more options for drinks and food! They make great sandwiches and coffees! The enviornment is definitely nice for a place to catch up with friends and place to study! Very sunny and roomy and there are even board games for those interested!

This place is like a starbucks! They have coffees and teas but also more options of sandwiches and salads! It has a great enviornment to sit with friends and chat or play board games! They have a small selection of games but its always fun to bring your own! Also a great place to study!

Service and Facilities are 5 stars. People are great and the location is nice and modern. Coffee is 3 stars in my opinion — this is solely based on the latte. Its pretty bitter. Maybe next time I’ll request a decaf, or less expresso? Anyways, its a good place to meet or study. Wish Friendswood had more spots like this.

Had a double espresso and the chef salad. Wife had a latte and a cinnamon twist. Everything was excellent. Worth driving out of our way to get here. They roast their own brand too which is a big plus for me.

This place is a great study/meet up/hang out spot in Friendswood. You can’t miss it while driving by 518 because of its nice façade. They also have a lot of parking spaces in the back. Overall, this is a pretty good coffee alternative to Starbucks. The inside of the shop has a few comfortable booths and tables. They also have a nice patio area in the back that is pretty spacious which is great when the weather is nice outside. They host live music so I assume this is where they do all that. Whenever I go at around 7 am, I always see someone roasting coffee right in front of you. It’s pretty awesome knowing that this shop roasts their own coffee in house, it makes me feel like my coffee will always be fresh. It does make a difference; their coffee is always good and the smell of roasted coffee just pumps me up for th rest of my day. I have tried a lot of their specialty drinks which were all great, but have settled for their dark brew French press lately since I have been studying for school. The service is also great which is always a plus! I would say that this is one of the cooler spots in this side of Friendswood and definitely a must try!

Great place for breakfast and coffee. I had the English muffin with turkey bacon. Café latte to drink; note the cup had Happy Holidays and Happy New Year on the cup. If in the area, don’t go to the competitors. Dunn brothers is the place to go. Happy Holidays..

Decided to stop at this coffee shop to get some homework done before I went into the city to explore. I was unsure about this place at first, but as soon as I walked in I noticed the vibes were definitely chill. It is a great place to hangout, do homework, and just relax. The mood is great. My coffee(just a medium black Costa Rican blend) was great. One of the best cups of coffee I have ever had. I also ordered a biscuit sandwich which took a while to come out, but was well worth the wait. Highly recommend this place.

Staff and Management are superb. Served me with a smile, in a professional manner. Food is èxcellent across the menu. Coffee is diverse and exceptional. Smoothe’s are a great diversion. Facility is always clean and atmosphere nice and very pleasant. Overall…exceptional– second to none.

Worst hot chocolate I’ve ever had. It tastes like someone microwaved milk with a squirt of Hershey syrup.

This is a nice location. Has nice out side seating. We shared a breakfast biscuit with ham and cheese. It was good. However the pastry we had was just ok. I ordered a cappuccino which wasn’t even listed on the menu. I wanted to drink it there so they had a verity of random sized cups that where not made for a good cappuccino. When I got the drink it was not good at all. Kind of bitter and bit good at all. The pic in the menu had a really nice cappuccino with a nice Rosetta on top. Mine was not even close. Big glob of foam in the middle the cup. With a little training and proper cups this could turn into a really good place for a coffee snob quality drink. There r a lot if great coffee shops in Houston this is not one of them.

Love the atmosphere and structure of the layout. The coffee is yum and this pistachio muffin is so weird and delicious. Chill atmosphere without being pretentious or hipsterish. Games, books, lots of fun décor. Meet up with your friends, read a book, write a paper, or just come for the caffeine.

The SLOWEST drive thru in the world. Expect 15 minutes at the least in the morning. Only have one espresso machine which is odd for a location this big. Excellent friendly Staff and delicious espresso and awesome food! Wish they would use some of the profits for another machine like the rest of the serious coffee chains.

Dunn Bros is the best thing to happen to Friendswood. It is a meeting place, venue for local artist and bands, small party venue on the back porch, and just a wonderful place to relax for a few minutes. They recently did a revamp of their food /bakery menu. It is GOOD and FRESH, much created on the premises. They also roast the coffee right there. Cannot get better than that. LOVEIT…

I have stopped here several times to get coffee to go, bags of freshly roasted coffee, and breakfast sandwiches. I really love this place. Their coffee is just amazing. I have yet to have any coffee drink here that is just not amazing. The breakfast sandwiches are just so darn good! If you decide to come inside it looks like a hippie wonderland. There are no pretentious people playing on laptops, just to be seen playing on laptops. The vibe is really chill and they even have books you can just take right off the shelf and read. If you had some free time and needed to get a bit of work done, or just want to chill… this is your place.

Great atmosphere without the pretentious service. The coffee was decent and the environment begged me to stay longer. I could see myself reading or knocking out some homework in a place like this. I really liked the back patio, I could see this being great on those mid summer nights. Seconds or Thirds please!

This isn’t a good place to come to during finals week – if you are looking for a spot to study this isn’t it because there aren’t any places to sit or study in a quiet area. This place gets packed quick and its not like this coffee is huge or anything. Its fairly small and cozy – I guess that’s the word. Also, if you like studying with people you know that go to San Jac then this is the right spot for you. you will everyone here!
