This is the very first time I leave a negative review. I wish I could rated it zero star for this awful experience I ever had at Fossil. The store were busy at the time I got in. As always, I went straight to the end looking for some new watches. I was intended to get one for my sibling birthday. Found one. The staff looked busy, i brought it out for closer look. Around me, other customers were even trying on some watches. One lady seemed like she took care of that area finally paid attention to me. I asked her if the watch was on sale, because it was in the sale section. She said «i dont think so», immediately took a watch away and have it back to where it was and locked the case. I was totally shocked. I have been to some other Fossil stores, staffs may not be very friendly but I never got treated this way. I dont think I want to be back.
