Sur La Table

This store just opened and I am so excited to have one closer than the River Oaks location. It may not be as big but it still has a lot to offer
As of November 23, it has only been open a couple days and as I was shopping this morning there were guys still stocking the store. The manager was on the phone answering a million questions and running around getting prepared for Black Friday and training a new employee.
So with that in mind I did like all the store has to offer and can’t wait to try the cooking classes!
As I walked in this morning, I was greeted by a little old lady who asked if I needed any help finding anything. I told her no I was just browsing and she asked if I wanted a cup of coffee and I politely declined. I then noticed as I was walking around that she kept following me.
I know that it’s the holidays and the employees are pushed to make sure there’s no shoplifting… and I’ve been in stores before where associated will keep an eye on people shopping but oh. My. God. She was invading my space!
I ended up leaving before looking at the other half of the store because I was creeped out.
Hopefully it gets better, will update on my next visit.
