Horrible customer service. A week and a half ago, my brother and I bought a PS2 at then & now resale. We paid cash, but didn’t get a receipt. when we got home, we tried to use it, but it had the wrong cord. So we went back the next day and asked if we could look through their extra cords for the right one. They said yes and we did. They didn’t have it. So we asked if we could get a refund. They said they couldn’t do anything about that. So we went home and sent an email to their district(circuit? area?) manager. Yesterday, we got a reply. he said he talked to the store manger, joan, and that he could give us a refund. So today, we went back to get said refund. Once we got in, we saw somebody behind the register and asked for joan. She replied«I am joan. what do want?!». despite her rude attitude, we tried to keep calm. We said that we had talked to the district manager and he said he would give us a refund. as soon as we said that her expression got worse. she said«Where is your receipt?». we explained that we didn’t get a receipt. she said«Oh, so you charged it to a card.». we said that we actually paid cash, to which she replied«You should have gotten a receipt! Where is you receipt?!» we again explained that we didn’t get a receipt. She was again very rude and nasty, as she replied«Why can’t you just buy the 10 dollar cord?! Then you could have a 500 dollar game!». We said that it isn’t a 500 dollar game system, and is actually quite old and they don’t even make games for it anymore. She then replied«Oh, so then it’s worth more!» we replied that, no the games are just hard to find. she then replied«THENWHYDOYOUEVENWANTIT!!! WHYDOYOUEVENWANTIT!!!» we wanted to say that we wanted it because there is no other way play those games, but decided to just leave and leave it at that. That brings me to now, writing this review. Don’t go there if you want good– no, any– customer service.
