Cristie Anton is a very knowledgeable Pilates instructor. She is careful with her clients’ medical conditions and tailors your workout for your level of skill. Appointments are convenient to make and there is a variety of workouts to choose from, mat, spring wall, reformer and private instruction. Have fun and do Pilates for life!
