5 Star Carpet Cleaning and Restoration

My wife called 5 Star Carpet Cleaning and Restoration to clean our carpet and repair a section of the carpet that had wrinkled due to moving furniture.
The main problem we had with 5 Star was with the carpet restoration. The gentleman was supposed to stretch the carpet, however he cut the carpet and left a gap approximately an inch wide in our living room. After we complained they sent out another technician that attempted to fix the carpet, but unfortunately the carpet was unable to be repaired to the original condition.
The office told us that we would be sent a check for the 50 $ it cost to repair the carpet, but as of now (3 months later) we have not received a check.
I would suggest finding someone else for your carpet cleaning and repair services.
