This would be a 5 Star review if I was ever able to schedule another appointment. I don’t know if I feel better or worse knowing that others have the same issues. I loved Lynda and my facial. It was one of the best facials and best service I’ve ever had. I, too, purchased a Groupon because I’ve been trying to find a facialist to see regularly. It was a Groupon for 2 visits. I scheduled my first visit with no problems. It took me a few weeks to be able to schedule my next one, which Lynda then had to cancel. I called and e-mailed about 3 times to reschedule and never received a response.(This goes back to last July.) I have since given up and am back to looking for a good place to receive a facial every 6 weeks. I hate to say anything negative about a lady and service that I really enjoyed, but when there’s a lack of customer service, you can’t expect to keep any regular clients, much less gain any new ones. I do, however, recommend her if you can get in touch with her! Good luck!

I found Lynda through Groupon and could not be happier with my facials. She provides the BEST skin care services I’ve ever had. Yes, it took a while to get an appointment, but totally worth it. Lynda has consistently exceeded my expectations. I’m very particular and rarely give outstanding reviews. I feel like I’ve known Lynda for years because she is so caring and attentive and I’ve only had three visits with her. I plan to return routinely to keep my skin looking the best it has in years. Highly recommend!

Like the others posted, I too purchased a groupon. Boy, am I ever glad I did. I did not have issues with the scheduling, but I was not in a hurry(as I have learned anything I purchase from Groupon is usually heavily booked, or if shipped, takes longer than usual). Once I went in, Lynda was so generous. She spent so much time educations me, her suite was clean and I left feeling amazing. She even gave me follow up visits for, a very reasonable price. I have been very pleased with my visits and have made Ms. Lynda part of my routine. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 due to the information in Groupon vs. what was offered and directions. However, it was made right by Lynda!

I was never able to go to A Time 4 U by Lynda considering how lousy it is to even schedule a visit when you buy a Groupon. I am pretty sure she cuts out time if you have purchased a Groupon and if you don’t get in on the«Salon’s» time your Groupon isn’t honored. I am solely reviewing this place on their misleading Groupon. Once you purchase the Groupon, the instructions say to call to set up an appointment. I tried calling, and like the other lady that reviewed I had to call around three times to even get someone on the phone. The woman who picked up curtly told me I needed to schedule online and that she was only one person, so because I purchased two, «we could sit and wait for each other,» followed by a wicked witch of the west laugh, like she was trying out for the Wizard of Oz. Once arriving to the schedule online, I realized I could not book anything until two months out. I purchased this Groupon in September 2013. No big deal, I guess. Although if I wanted a facial in two months I wouldn’t have purchased the Groupon now. Then, the cheapness of this Salon showed through. When you are on the online scheduler there is an asterisk by the«Groupon Facial» that reads as follows, «The groupon coupon will be honored through December 2013. **Groupon facial is only 50 min. long, misprint in add states 90 minutes. We apologize for the miscommunication.»(By the way, the spelling and punctuation errors are on that of the website, not mine) I’d like to point out, the Groupon says it will be honored 180 days after purchase(or 6 months); I purchased this Groupon in September, so Groupon says it should be honored until March 2013, while the website is saying she is only taking them until the end of the year. Second shady thing is on Groupon is says it is a 90 minutes facial, where the owner of the salon says it was advertised wrong and it is really only a 45 minute facial. All in all, I really dislike crappy salons like this. If you are going to advertise yourself at least get the advertisement right. Don’t advertise something you are not going to honor. I wouldn’t waste my money or time with this«salon,» and I don’t think anyone else should either.

I can only review based on the lead up to services and not the services themselves. I bought a Groupon in June. Around the first of July I called to schedule. Never got a call back. Called again a week later. Got a call back and made the appointment. 2 hours after this I receive a message about making an appointment, though I had just made one. I show up to my appointment… well, not exactly. The directions led me to the Southwest corner of the tollway and Eldorado. Nothing there but a Costco, Lowes, etc. I drive around the Northwest corner and the Southwest Corner never to find it. I called the number. Get voicemail. In the middle of the voicemail I’m cut off and hung up on. I called back and left a detailed message. I get home and look up the website to find the same address listed, but a different suite number. Anyway. I still haven’t received a call back acknowledging my call. I cancelled the Groupon with Groupon directly and got a full refund. So, if there is a Salon Boutique there, God Bless em, I sure couldn’t find it. There is a Salon M… but, eh me thinks Salon Boutique and Salon M are not the same. If they are the same, well, ahem, good way to screw up the business they’re trying to solicit.
