Advanced Smiles

Hands down the best experience I have ever had. I hadn’t gone to the dentist in a few years. After checking Unilocal reviews I decided to go ahead and schedule with advanced smiles. First off, the checkup and X-​ray is free for new patients. I also received a discount for paying up front;) (I had a root canal done and felt ZERO pain) while in recovery I received a phone call from the dentist personally to see how I was doing and how my pain level was. You never get that with any other doctor or dentist! I referred the dentist to one of my good friends and she said this was the best experience she has ever had with a dentist as well. Advanced smiles also sent me a $ 25.00 Cheesecake Factory gift card for the my referral. Love this place!

We had our first appointment couple months ago and we were surprised to hear that they were out of network and not in-​network even though they had all our insurance information for at least a month before the appointment. I agree for my ignorance and not checking ahead of time if they were in-​network also. They requested us to pay $ 4/​per patient at the end of the appointment. When I told them that I did not have pay anything after these clean up appointments the question I was asked was — did your prior dentist hand out goodies. I said, ‘no’. The response was we hand out goodies. I guess the goodies shouldn’t be at our expense if they truly care for customer satisfaction.
The reason I am even writing this review is that I got another statement for remaining amount. I went head and cancelled our future appointments.

I love it here! Seriously it is awesome. I like new and clean. Dr De Paoli makes you feel very comfortable when discussing dental problems. The team does make the practice and they are great here. You know when someone likes their job and you can feel that here. I highly recommend going here. Reasonable in price and great value!
