I have lived here for 2 months now and have yet to complain about anything. All staff male and female are very friendly and helpful! I love the Enigma accent wall I chose and parking is not an issue. My friends feel this is a very upscale apartment inside and out. And I am inclined to agree.

There has been complete staff turnover in 1 year. Although the newest management group states they have a policy to respond in 24 hours, I waited 6 days then had to call about getting a deposit back. The granite was not finished, the fire alarms went off once a week for almost 2 months when I moved in… the parking and mail were a nightmare as the staff gave me the wrong mailbox and blamed the USPS for several weeks before actually checking. It is a good location and the inside is beautiful, but completely overpriced compared to better staffed apartments with higher quality materials and locations.

Please have an open and patient mind when dealing with the office personnel. There is a male who works there who is always cheerful, along with two women who are not so much. Customer service goes a long way especially when paying close to $ 1000.00 for a one bedroom apartment. You can barely get through on the line and when you finally do you will either get attitude or confusion. I’m over it, yet in still I like my apartment itself.
