I am giving Dr. Friedman and his staff 4 stars only because of a disorganized front office. Dr. Friedman, Robin and Kristy are wonderful. They are EXCELLENT practitioners and have superb bedside manner. Another reviewer wrote that if you agree to see one of his PA’s or Medical Assistants that you will never see him again, but I personally have found that to be untrue. The front desk/office staff, although pleasant, do seem to be a bit inexperienced and disorganized. It seems that they are trying to improve, but there have been some huge mistakes that could cause Dr. Friedman major headaches which I won’t detail in this post. An office support team can make or break the reputation of a clinic, and it is one area in which you truly get what you pay for. Dr. Friedman could benefit by surrounding himself with experienced office staff, even if it costs more to do so. I assume that the stresses and demands of starting a practice would cause certain restrictions in this area. Also, investing in continued professional development of office staff and general guidelines for professionalism could be beneficial. For now, I think this Doctor has an exceptional future ahead of him, especially in Frisco, and our family hopes to be able to stick with him for a long time. Our experience with him has been so great that we are willing to overlook a disorganized front desk experience for such wonderful treatment.

I saw all the other reviews on here and couldn’t believe people were so negative on this Doctor. After one year of being a patient I finally understood today. After waiting over a week for test results the girl who calls to give you the results should not be their phone person. When I tired to ask why it took a week and why would they make a patient worry for that long. I got a long speech on the lab and it’s not their fault. Very disappointing that they don’t care for their patients better.

Can’t say enough good things about this office. Have been dealing with some issues and the nurse practitioner takes the time to listen to all my complaints. She went above and beyond to sit and hold my hand and talk me through things when I got dizzy with blood work. Love her! Would highly recommend this office!

Me, my wife and kids all come here. We have always had a great experience and really like Dr. Friedman. They have had some staffing changes but we have never had any issues. The office hours are really convenient

had an apt, It was bad experience because they said they take our insurance but they haven’t get authorizations yet, so we had to pay $ 145.00 each, we were surprised because we have good insurance and we usually pay co pay or we get a bill, I am not going back, no sure why they do it, not great customer service, I asked the lady why they don’t tell this when we set up the apt, she said they don’t say the information by phone, I had to leave work, and didn’t get any service yet, they wanted to charge us 145.00 each. looking for another provider.

Outstanding care provider! The Physicians Assistant took the time to properly diagnose my illness and was very thorough in explaining my «aftercare»! Highly recommended!
