Dr. Jones and her staff are fantastic!
I found the Contact Lens & Eyeware Gallery via Unilocal as I decided to temporarily regress into an AZN teenager and try out some colored contacts (early mid-​life crisis??).
The office was large, bright, spacious, and clean.
The price for the exam and non-​prescription contacts was extremely reasonable.
Dr. Jones was very pleasant and professional and hooked it up with as many colored lenses as I wanted to try on. I ultimately decided on a box of gray lenses and honey-​colored lenses which were special ordered and ready for pickup the following day!
Highly recommend! I would return here for any eye-​related needs in the future. :)

My experience ended on the rude phone call from this office. I never had a chance to meet a doctor, even though my husband gets his eyes are here and kart time he spend close to 1k on 2 glasses. The girl who called me after I scheduled an appointment had an attitude with me over the phone. She said that I need to call my insurance and straighten out with them. I’ve never been to the eye doctor this year and have very good insurance and coverage. When I asked to explain what was the issue, she said «I apologize you don’t know you insurance benefits!».
Not going to even come to this office. If you can’t be professional over the phone, how do you expect people to come and give you their business!

It actually pains me to write this review, because I never like to write anything negative. I needed to switch optometrists because my original one stopped taking my insurance. I searched and found Contact Lens & Eyecare Gallery and saw it had good reviews, so I decided to try it out. Well, the whole experience left a bad taste, and it’s not the Dr. she was so sweet and accommodating. It was her front desk staff, the girl was so rude, and while I was waiting in the exam room I could hear her and the other girl talking negatively about other patients. Then when I left I was charged for a contact lens fitting, I’ve never had to pay that before, my old optometrist has never charged me for that. And I have good insurance that covers the visit and a certain amount of money towards my contacts so I knew I would owe a little out of pocket. But I certainly was not prepared to pay $ 80 for a contact lens fitting. It seems as though they made up a random charge just to get extra money, if that’s the case I hope it goes to the Dr, and not her rude staff.

I ordered a pair of bifocals here and was very pleased with the service from Adam. The frames are what I was looking for and the price comparable to what I’ve paid at other places. I will return next time I need glasses.

Dr. Jones and the crew were for courteous, efficient and helpful. Saturday appointments make scheduling easier and will def recommend to friends!

So these guys were on my list of providers, so I decided to try them out. Dr. Jones was awesome, she was so fast and really knows what she’s talking about. The guys at the front were so attentive and will help you find just the right frames for you. I’ll be sending people their way!
