Every Thursday is Name day at Cornutopia.
This means that on Thursdays «If your name starts with …», «If your name ends with …», or «If your name has … letters» you get a FREE taco. Who doesn’t like a FREE taco??? (not me, I love free tacos)
Try the taco plate where for $ 10 you get taco of your choice (choose from steak, chicken, Veg, or Shrimp), Guacamole, nachos, and corns.
My kids like to get the plate of corns with different flavours — ranges from sweet, butter and salt, lemon, and chillies.
Yes, the vego taco isn’t much to look at. But judging by the tastiness of the other varieties, the vego taco only needs 1 – 2 extra touches that may make it special and worthwhile.
Come in early, do your fresh food shopping and get the mexican breakfast here.
On Sundays, the truck can be found at Barkly square Brunswick with limited menu but all the tastiness.
Strike up a convo with the girl with glasses and flower in her hair and you’ll discover that the truck is her brainchild and that she makes all the chillies herself. Try them ;)
