The Donut Palace is just a donut shop but the people that work their are so nice. They often greet my kids and will give them exta donut holes. The donuts are always fresh and I do like their coffee. Something new is they started carrying bananas. The bananas were fresh but not good for me as I would always tell my wife there is nothing else to eat so I need to have a donut. Now that they offer bananas my wife will be on me to leave the donuts to the kids and get the banana. All in all I like their donuts and I like the service. It’s not fancy like other breakfast places but when you can get a good doughnut and not have to wait for 20 minutes for the person in front of you to make a decision then it’s my type of place.

Donut palace is just another donut shop, there really isn’t anything spectacular to say. I was at the business next door and starving so I stopped in and grabbed a chocolate donut and a kolache. The donut tasted fresh even though it was already 10am, but the kolache was a little cold. The gal behind the counter microwaved it, but I guess not long enough. I saw a few awards and letters on their walls thanking them for always donating donuts to the senior centers. Very nice of them. Overall, I’ll probably be back if I’m in the area, but definitely wouldn’t make a special trip out here.

Keep in mind I got there at 1045 in the morning, but they didn’t have a huge variety. As well as their donuts and kolaches were so small but charged so high. Very weird. Still tasted okay though. Might go back. *update 9/21* At 630, right after they open, their variety is indeed better. But their sizes are just small in comparison to their prices. Oh well, got my day off snack.
