Dr Robin Moore

I love Dr. Moore! She was one of the best doctors I have visited. Very professional, asked many questions and took the time to listen. I never felt rushed or like I was part of the «herd». The front desk staff was super helpful, nice and courteous! Which is a big plus in my book! Upon my arrival I was lost wondering the hall ways and a nice lady (forget her name) noticed that I had this lost look on my face. She stopped and asked me if I needed help and it just so happened she worked for Dr. Moore. She led me to the correct office. That was oh so kind of her! Coincidently it was her that also drew my blood. She was great also, very friendly and professional.

Dr Moore is a committed and dedicated physician who cares about her patients. My wife and daughter trust as much as I do. Her demeanor is in alignment to the ideals that I seek with my medical care. I recommend her to everyone that are in need of a PCP.

Dr. Moore and her team are incredible. I went for my annual check up and was done within the hour. I never waited for more than three or four minutes. All my results were available online within days. The staff are friendly, patient, and helpful.

Great doctor. Can’t say enough about this practice. I was recommended by a friend who goes for herself and her son. Another friend also sees her and swears by her. Now I know why.
So few doctors have that combination of caring, intelligence and a bedside manner that is necessary to make an outstanding doctor. While reviewing my information Dr. Moore asked me questions and made notes but also made a point to look me in the eye and not stare at the paperwork. I don’t recall ever running into a doctor who did that. She was patient and asked me intelligent questions and let me ask all the questions that I wanted. I never felt rushed or that my questions were silly. She explained everything that she wanted to do and why, and waited for me to ask questions or give her my opinion on whether or not it was something that I would like to try. This is the most involved I have ever felt about my health care with out having to argue or fight with a doctor.
The nurse and receptionist were friendly and professional. Didn’t have to wait a crazy amount of time to get an appointment and was able to pull all of the forms off the website and could fill them out at home. No getting to the doctors office twenty minutes early and having to wrestle with a bunch of information that I couldn’t recall. I was able to take my time and get it done at home, what a convince.
So if you are in the Frisco area and in need of a doctor, especially a female doctor this is the women to see!
