DX3 Athlete

My 17 year old is LOVES working out here. She works out with several other college bound athletes. She will play next year for Oklahoma University’s volleyball team. Until then, this is the place she goes to work out. Brady has also helped her with injury recovery. The effort is tough, but they have fun.

My 13-​year-​old son is an elite athlete and we have worked with several outstanding youth training programs like Michael Johnson Performance and Zoom Athletics. DX3 is just as good or better as far as standards and results, and it’s a lot more fun. My son loves to go there and is improving his strength and conditioning, learning safe, productive training techniques, and getting a great workout every time he goes. He feels encouraged and empowered and he has not said ONE negative thing about DX3, ever, and he is, well… a teenager. So that’s quite a statement.
The kids are closely supervised but allowed to move at their own pace. The staff ratios are low and the workouts are customized to age, ability, and goals. The trainers, especially Brady, are very knowledgeable, and they know how to push the kids to do their best and get results without any negativity or criticism. These are educated professionals who take their work, but not themselves, very seriously, and they know how to communicate with kids.
Another BIG plus for me is that the atmosphere is frankly, proudly, but not aggressively Christian. They’re not pushy or preachy at all, but you can tell the owners and staff are walking the walk and not just saying the words, and they are great examples for young people, especially boys.
I also appreciate how easy it is. No appointments, no scrambling to get there or juggling schedules. If the gym is open, you can go. Sessions start on every hour and half hour and last 60 minutes. You can do unlimited sessions, go once or twice a week, or pay for a set number of sessions in advance and go whenever you can until you use them up. Registration is easy and communication is prompt and helpful, The cost is very low considering what you get.
