I remembered why I quit shopping at this store when I went back today for the first time in over a year. The service is still horrible. For people that need help buying clothes, this may be a great place to shop. But if you know what you want and just want to find it yourself, stay away. I was told today to stop moving the shirts around because they were organized all ready. If I wanted a shirt I WOULDHAVETOBEHELPEDBY A SALESPERSON. I have been buying and selling clothes longer than this«salesperson» has been on this planet.

I’ve only been in the store to buy gift cards for my step dad. The sales associates have always been friendly and helpful!

The quality of the fabric they use for their clothing is extremely cheap and items are not made well. My husbands new sweater should not have had two wholes in it and the store should have been more accommodating.

This is a new concept from what used to be Casual Male stores. Is used to be a frequent customer at those due to a lack of alternatives but stopped going when The Foundry came around. The only reason I tried out this new store as because of a $ 20 gift card I received in the mail. The problem I always had with the old stores was that they were small and cramped. It’s a store for big and tall people, hello?! They also lacked variety. Fortunately, with the new concept they fixed these issues. The store has a clean setup with big, wide open isles, high ceilings and lots of room. Also the selection of brands has improved quite a bit. Now you can get anything from Calvin Kline through Reebok. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. After I entered I was immediately greeted by an employee, who asked if he could help me find anything. After I said I was just browsing he offered to show me the store and then let me explore by myself. The prices are still quite high, but it is definitely a huge improvement. I think I still prefer The Foundry, but it’s nice to have an alternative again.

I have been shopping here since they opened last year. The staff if usually very friendly and available and they have a great selection of clothes that I like. I have also used their free ship to store feature by ordering things off of their website and picked them up at the store. The only reason I give them three stars and not more is because they sell a lot of the same brands and styles that other stores sell in the big & tall departments. I end up buying far more clothes from Dillard’s at the mall because they have way better sales and also put their stuff on clearance when the seasons change. Shirts, sweaters, jackets, and pants on sale at Dillard’s for 50% to 75% off is still being sold for full price at this place with no sign of them heading for similar markdowns. So while I will continue to throw some business their way, unless they get more competitive with sales and clearance prices I will continue to spend money elsewhere for the same items.

Good selection of big and tall men’s clothing. The only drawback was that the salesperson who greeted us at the door and was with us through the entire process was very nervous and jumpy. After I picked out the pair of slacks that I wanted to purchase, I needed to have my wife complete the transaction because I was starting to have an anxiety attack due to his behavior.
