I’ve been to a few weddings here and it’s a nice venue. A little small but the staff is very nice.

Lets start with the facts… Business: Venue(anything weddings, to birthdays, to parties, to reunions, to any sort of celebration you can think of or they can help you set up!) Scheduling: They are truly amazing, my wife and I changed days and times of day with them 3 times of the course of planning due to weather(It still rained that day… but no one noticed because our service and the place we chose we so perfect!) we gave them 8 – 12 months notice; I think for an event in Frisco that is good planning time but call them and I am sure they can work something out! Capacity: My wedding was invited 175 – 200, i think 150 – 160 showed up and it wasn’t badly cramped;(i don’t really recall all that well; eh he he;) but yeah my friend’s wedding which was about 14 months later was about the same size and was perfect as well. Layout: Everything from a custom layout brides room with shower and whole wall mirror, and patio to hearth room, to enclave(use as office when no events are going on,) Prep kitchen, and Main room and also a huge from patio with small fountain and huge back patio(commonly used for the events themselves, although niether myself or my friend chose to use it for ours) Services: TOPNOTCH, great communications with the staff and setting up and dress rehersals, and rooms swapping; food prep, option for inside use of bar staff with correct certs & license Price: Reasonable !@!1 very reasonable in this market and others(i shopped for 6 – 8 months all over the area, on a bit of a budget) If my friend’s use of the venue doesn’t speak for itself i don’t know what is? Location: It does sit near a neighborhood… but you can’t really tell and no notices once they are on the property. now they have been tearing up the road this sits on for like 3+ years; if you can get over the horrible construction this is a great location about 5 mins fron main street in frisco and and like 10 – 15 from all the major tool/highways as well

Kevin and I watched two of our dear friends say their vows here yesterday. It was a gorgeous day and made for a perfect afternoon outdoor wedding. The place looks a lot smaller from the outside than it really is. Parking is ample, and the venue is super easy to get to. It consists of 4 rooms(that I saw, anyway). Two of the smaller rooms were used for a bride’s dressing area, while the other had a small sitting area and housed the gift table. There is a medium-sized lobby area for the guests to mingle in while they arrive, which also held us after the wedding while we waiting on the reception area to be ready. The bathrooms were clean and the women’s had two stalls, as well as buckets of flip-flips attached to the wall containing different sizes and colors to put on once your feet start hurting. Nice touch! The outside area reminds me of a large backyard. The only thing that bugged me is that it shares an alley with a neighborhood, so I wouldn’t be surprised if weddings have peering eyes from surrounding windows. The reception area was all one big dance floor and it fit 10 tables of 10 without looking too crowded. They left the doors open and the windowed walls and high wood rafter ceilings made it appear very airy and comfortable. I also noticed that they have air conditioner units above to accommodate for those hot summer months. The venue probably can’t accommodate a 300 person wedding but for a 75 – 100 person crowd, it’s perfect. The staff appeared to be easy to work with as well and let us take reign over a lot of areas.
