I bought a Chinese Pistachio and Bill couldn’t have been any more helpful; he even helped me pick out the tree. The installation process was smooth too, all I had to do was place the flag marker where I wanted the tree to go. The hardest part of the whole process was deciding where exactly to put the marker, especially since there was a pool being installed at the same time. I paid for the tree in full at the time of purchase and Bill tagged the one we picked out and about 3 – 4 weeks later, it was waiting for me when I got home from work. Great 1st time experience! Keep it up guys!

Horrible experience with Fannin Tree Farm… they sell hard on the front end and then when something goes wrong, as in my case, the trees are dieing when I’ve done everyone right, they say sorry to hear that… Lonnie is a smooth salesman, but a lousy customer service person. Spent $ 900 on three Italian Cypress that are dieing within 6 months. Lonnie now tells me «oh you didn’t buy the warranty»? No one ever explained anything to me about a warranty. Don’t buy from here ever!!!

The actual tree installers are awesome! The sales rep, Brian Jeffries, NOT awesome! Don’t pay the full bill for your trees up front, cuz once this guy had my $ I had to chase him down thru all phases of the process! VERY poor communication thru two install jobs for me in a month’s time. Great product but try not to deal with this rep AND only pay 50% up front.

This is a superbly run operation. While one expects the employees to be knowledgeable about their product, chatting with any one of them leaves the impression they’ve been doing this forever. Their sales staff is very laid-back, low-key, and certified experts on the subject matter. It is obvious surveying the farm and product trees they are unabashed experts on quality and health. Once we decided on two of their trees, the purchase sequence began and you then sit down with yet another genuinely charming employee who gives you a thorough low-down in perfect, concise detail about your purchase, how to take care of it, informational materials, and supplemental fertilizer treatments, no extra chg. Don’t even think about planting the tree yourself. For a paltry(as of this writing) $ 50.00 additional per tree, they’ll do it. And then there’s the install crew. 4 guys show up in a flatbed with a 6 ton(?) shovel & digger. Two 12 ft trees were planted in approx. 40 minutes and there is not the slightest clue left over that this huge digger was actually in our yard. Watching the guys work, great care was taken to backfill and water the remaining hole space, leaving a perfect and very stable mulch fill and protective mound attractively covered with minced wood chips. I’m taking the time here to go into such detail as I see no one has left a review for them, thus making this one the first. I highly recommend this company, they are as professional as they come…
