Enjoy the classes always. Every class is different and works muscles you haven’t used in ages. This will pay off in the long run!

This is by far the best boot camp I have been to. Never the same workout, Matt is always in tune to make sure everyone has the right form so we gain the maximum benefit from the workout and so we don’t get hurt. I have lost weight, significantly improved my cardio and changed my diet with Matt’s encouragement. Always a positive experience and look forward to my next workouts!!!

After many years of raising children and not exercising, I decided to try Matt’s bootcamp. Admittedly, very scared that I would not be able to keep up! But I tried it anyway. It was just what I needed to kick start me into an exercise routine. Matt is always encouraging and pushes you to do your best. When I began, Matt asked me to write down my goals, short term & long term. Those goals included lose some weight, build my endurance(so I could keep up with my 3 young boys) and run a 5K(and I have never run anywhere! Ha). In the last year, I have rarely missed a class. I have lost weight. I have lost inches. I have not only run a 5K, but I did the White Rock Half Marathon! That’s 13.1 miles! My diet has improved and I feel so much healthier! I would encourage anyone to try it. My husband saw my results and now he goes with me! The workouts are different every class so it’s not boring. An added bonus… the people in the class are so nice! Not only are we working hard, but we laugh too! Thank you Matt!
