Frisco Locksmith

Would give zero stars. Horrible experience.
I needed my house unlocked after hours. Dispatcher estimated 20 – 25 mins, got a call 20+ mins later saying the locksmith was still 20 mins out. Called dispatcher, got immediately passed to someone who was pretty rude who said it would only be 10 mins. After 10 mins passed, I called back in again… again got immediately passed to the rude person — said they would call the locksmith. I waited longer and called back in… again passed to same rude person. I told them that I understand that this is a generic dispatch pretending to be local and that I don’t care as long as they get someone here when they say. Got a very rude response so I told them to just cancel the call… repeatedly…and hung up.
I then called a second locksmith (who, by the way, showed up in 15 mins).
The original locksmith (who I had long since told the dispatch to cancel) FINALLY showed up. I told him to leave since I had given up on them and had called a second locksmith. He argued with me that I owed him anyway. I told him to call his dispatcher since I had canceled quite some time ago.
He stormed off to his truck — but didn’t leave. GET THIS — he actually called the police, who arrived a few minutes later. The police told him to leave and if he felt strongly about the incident to file a claim at the sherif.
Meanwhile the second locksmith arrived (on time) and opened my door.
The police officer asked me about my side of the story and I told him that, after waiting MUCH longer than the promised time, and after several calls, I canceled the call with the dispatcher.
The angry locksmith meanwhile shouted at me from the street while I chatted with the officer.
I offered to pay the first locksmith the $ 30 that he was so angry about to just leave. Even after paying him to just leave he continued to argue with me and the officer told him again to leave.
The locksmith spitted at me and the officer had a very stern talk with him and finally got him to leave.
I’m pretty sure this is a generic dispatch number who pretends to be local. Their service let me down at every opportunity, both in broken promises… with which I was pretty patient at first, rude telephone responses, calling the police, etc.
Do not recommend!
