As of today I am finally done with this company, and that is the best day of this patio roof project. This project started in April with us writing Alex a check with promises work could start while we were waiting on the permits. Once the check was cashed the excuses started, we cant start until we get a permit, various excuses in the delay to get the drawings turned into the city. Once we got the permit, almost a month after writing Alex a check, the excuses started on why he was not showing up to work on-​time or at all, often I would call/​text and get no response. That is a constant from Alex poor communication… Then after a few weeks of very little being done (posts set and beams hung) Alex disappears and I have zero communication from him on why. Luckily one of his workers George offered to finish the job for whatever money was left. Without George I would have lost my money, and not had a patio cover. Save yourself and your family the headache and heartache and choose anyone else. As an update Alex contacted me about a month after he disappeared, and proceeded to verbally abuse me and my family for not paying him his money.
