My son wanted to buy the PC game, Skyrim. The staff asked what we were looking for as we came in the door, and promptly found the game for us. We went to pay for it and the clerk ask us if our computer was compatible to play the game. I didn’t know. He told us it was best for us to go home and run a program called
before buying it, because once purchased the game is non– refundable. We did as he suggested, and our computer was NOT compatible. We would have been very upset if we couldn’t return the $ 60 game after my son saved up his allowance for so long. Therefore, we are very thankful for the caring staff at this store.

Manager Johnny is always friendly. Staff is knowledgeable & helpful. Always quick service & short wait time for anything. If I know what I want, I can be in & out in less then 5 minutes! Love it!
