GPS Plumbing

Well, we bought our new house about 2 months ago and have had a drain issue from day 1. The plumber our insurance company has sent out has been useless (OK, they were really good at collecting the co-​pay, but not actually fixing the problem).
A neighbor recommended Steve at GPS plumbing. I called Steve, he had some work ahead of me, but promised me he would be there before he called it a night. We also discussed what I thought the issue was (I was correct all along) and what the price would be (Steve works on fixed quotes, not per hour).
Steve called me a few times during the day to keep me apprised of his estimated arrival, he showed up, was very professional, and very personable. He and his son fixed my issue in under 30 minutes for exactly what he quoted me.
It’s hard to find tradesman who are good and honest, but I feel I have found one in Steve. I hate plumbing (I can fix anything at home my self) but I do like my new plumber!

The owner of this company started in California where he did work for my parents. Unbelievable customer service with the knowledge and skills to back it up. He runs his business like it should be run, with integrity.

Steve is the BEST! He is honest and fast! His prices are fair and he KNOWS what he is talking about. I recommend him to all my friends and would not hesitate to use him again in the future!

I can highly recommend GPS Plumbing. They were able to get to my house pretty quickly to repair our broken shower that needed to be fixed before our company arrived. Steve was prompt and polite. The work was done in a timely manner without any surprises. I would definitely use them again.

This Guy is so top notch. After getting no-​showed by a few other plumbers he came to the rescue. He was prompt annd kept to his promises of time schedule. Be aware, he is nice to call at the last minute to try to squeeze you into his tight schedule for something that he had to order a part for… Top Notch… won’t ever use any other plumber, he’s tops in my opinion.

Steve Gestner is a Master Plumber and it shows. His professionalism outranks any plumber who has ever done work for me. He is prompt in answering calls, thorough in his diagnosis of the problem, does outstanding work, and charges very fair prices. He recently repaired a problem (and did it right) which any other plumber would have probably charged double to do. He works with a particular excavating company who does the digging. They dug perfect straight-​sided hole about 5 – 6 ft deep by hand. The excavation company returned the day after Steve had finished the plumbing and covered up the holes not leaving a clod of dirt out of place. They even blew off my driveway when they left. I highly recommend GPS to anyone who needs plumbing done. Steve Gestner has done plumbing for several of my friends and they all are very pleased too. I will never call anyone but Steve Gestner to do plumbing for me. I can sleep knowing the job was done right and my money was not wasted!

Steve with GPS Plumbing was great. He got right with me when I called, quickly diagnosed my problem, and was less than half of the cost of the plumbing group I had used before. He came in and did it right the first time, and the quality and workmanship were top rate. I would definitely recommend GPS Plumbing!
