I was really nervous moving into my apartment complex (Plaza @ Frisco Square) because I work from home and I had to use Grande Communications for internet. Worry was not worth it though. The service has been flawless here. I did have one issue with an outage this weekend, but that happened far more often when I had comcast than here.
Also, I unexpectedly had to break my lease and move. I didn’t have a yearly term with Grande so they were able to setup for my disconnection. The techs and everyone have been great.
