STAY AWAY!!! Carly overcharged me for a relaxer retouch. She charged me $ 90 and the price on her website clearly states that it is for $ 75. When I brought this to her attention, she said that the price on her website is incorrect and should be $ 90 and that she would give me a credit of $ 10 not $ 15, which is the difference. Her service isn’t worth the price of $ 75 and to charge clients $ 90 is so ridiculous. With prices this high and the horrible quality of service, I don’t see any longevity in her career.

As every woman knows, its difficult and complicated to find a stylist that understands your personal hair care needs, compliments your sense of style and accommodates your scheduling needs. If you’re lucky enough to find all those qualities in one artist, that possesses natural talent to boot… YOU DON’T GO ANYWHERE ELSE! Carly is amazing — I’ve been hooked since my first visit. I’m a weave client (wearing them since 2000) and can honestly say I’ve never had a weave as great as the ones Carly can do. From Malaysian links, to closures to standard sew ins, she can do them all perfectly! I’ve never left disappointed and am always excited when my next appointment is soon to come. List of things I enjoy: the intimate suite setting, styling products, modern styling tools, on line booking, location (close to far north Dallas where I live and work), and most of all Carly’s attention to detail and providing a positive customer experience. Get yourself an appointment to go see Carly! It’ll be the best decision you made all day :-)

This young lady has so much talent, I’m so amazed and happy with her service. Carly is awesome and I read a very nasty review earlier shame on you. Carly is professional cares about her customer and making sure you are happy, the service If you want to look good and natural she is the person to see. I live about 30 min from Frisco: however I would drive even further. I went somewhere else little over month ago but was not happy and found Carly and glad that I did. I won’t be going to anyone else. I booked another appointment before I left… Try her and see for yourself you will be happy too :)

First time with Carly, she was very professional, knowledgable and welcoming. My hair was just the way I hoped it would be when I got out the chair, fabulous. And it wasn’t a surprise, cause your seat is in front of a full length mirror, which I definitely appreciate. I will definitely be back. Great service, very satisfied!

Very unprofessional stylist. One of the worst I have had to deal with to be honest. I booked an appointment weeks ahead of time only to be cancelled on because of what I believe was a made up excuse. I scramble to find another stylist, only to have her come back and say she can do it. We agree to meet in Frisco for a morning appt– to which she arrives late and totes her boyfriend? Who wants to get their hair done while their stylist’s male companion looks on? I can’t justify $ 200 worth of services to have unwanted onlookers and a rushed job just so she can go clubbing or to partying with her boyfriend afterwards. I suggest you look elsewhere– I would never recommend.

I’ve been going to Carly for over a year and she does a great job every time. I drive 2 and a half hours to get my hair done because when it comes to looking great you can’t get much better then Carly

I hate when people are unprofessional and irresponsible in their reviews. That 1-​star review is clearly be hateful with her own agenda. Carly is fantastic! I found her when I first moved to Dallas and I booked with her because I loved the pictures I saw of her clients’ weaves. She is the most professional, best ARTIST that has ever done a weave for me. She gives me exactly what I ask for every time and she’s extremely professional. I live in Dallas and drive all the way to Frisco to go to Carly and I will continue to do so!

I don’t know what this Vik L is talking about. Carly does amazing hair! And is super understanding of all her clients’ needs. Sometimes when I can’t make it out to her I use a different salons closer to me and they can never get my hair as straight and frizz free as Carly. Every time I go she treats my hair in the healthiest way and it has grown so much since she’s been my stylist. I even trusted her with my first hair color and it turned out so well. It’s grown out and I still get compliments on the look. I’ve also had her put in tracks and do full weaves. I’m just gonna say flawless. Carly knows what she’s doing for sure.
