Dr Lad and staff are EXTREMELY personable and patient. The staff truly cares about your recovery and encourages you to do your part as well by either taking Yoga or doing additional stretches at home. I would highly suggest Dr. Lad if you are looking for a Chiropractor in the Frisco area.

This is the most unprofessional group of people I have ever worked with. They solicited me to provide free massages to our employees at 2 different locations. All they asked is for us to let them promote their office. At the first location, they told everyone they needed to see a chiropractor and asked our employees to pay a $ 20 reservation fee to make an appt for a consultation. Then they were supposed to arrive at our second location at 8:30am. At 9:30 I received an email saying that, while they were in route, they realized it was too far and apologized but they weren’t going to come. Good luck promoting your business with that behavior.
