You MUSTBEJOKINGME!!! This jewelry store is a disgrace!!! Full of lies! The damage they did to my 80yr old mothers class ring was unacceptable. I was told it would be taken care of! I went to pick it up today and it’s a DISASTER! They have tried to «design» some nonsense on the ring trying to PASSITOFFTOME ! ASIF I don’t know what her ring looked like!!! They even have photos of the ring before they MELTED the top of it! NEVER do business with the company. TOTALINSULT! FULLOFLIES!!! The lady Today said they didn’t REPLACE the ring due to it being sentimental! WHAT??? You DESTROYED all that when you MELTEDITDOWNTOSCRAP!!!

I’ve been coming here a lot for the past few years for all my jewelry. I was always pleased with the customer service, and how friendly everyone was. Yes a little pushy with the credit cards sometimes, but I get they are pushed to do so. Today I went there with my fiancé to buy our wedding bands and we were appalled by the customer service. The lady didn’t bother to introduce herself or ask us how we are doing, she simply came up to is after we stood around 10 minutes waiting for help and said, «do you need anything?» I replied nicely smiling saying yes we are here just looking at wedding bands, then she turned around and said ok, walked off behind the counter and said which ones, I picked out a few and we tried to start conversation with her, she wasn’t talking at all. We could tell she was getting impatient with us, even though I had only tried 3 rings, not unreasonable. and we just felt rushed and uncomfortable. When my fiancé and I were done picking out our bands she didn’t say thanks or anything, she walked over to the cashier handed her our stuff turned around and told us to wait there to check out. No thanks, no bye, no have a good day. I’m sorry but if I’m spending 1000’s and your store I expect at least a have a nice day. Is that too much to ask ?!? What happened to customer service. I hope it was just that employee and not helzberg only caring about numbers now and not the customers one bit.

My husband bought my ring here so I feel stuck in terms of maintenance and up-keep of my ring. I would not choose to go here. One of the managers told me I could bring in my necklace and they’d switch out the broken piece(that had been worn twice!) when I did, another manager wouldn’t do it. I’ve bought so much stuff from here that you would think managers operating at this price-point of retail had enough power to replace a little sterling silver necklace for free. So I continue to maintain here, but won’t buy anymore. I’d rather give my business to a place that demonstrates customer appreciation. Anyway, the only reason they’re getting 2 starts instead of one, is because they remember me by name when I go in.
