My experience at this office has been negative overall. I have been there many times and my doctor is fine, I don’t love her demeanor but she has always taken care of the issue at hand aptly. My real issue with the support staff. It took multiple visits for my paperwork to be correct (mis-​spelled name, wrong address, incorrect insurance on file despite having the same insurance every single time I visited), there is a serious lack of professionalism within the staff that makes the whole thing feel uncertain. There is one particularly unprofessional and awful woman there that would be fired from a place like AT&T customer service for being so rude (**which must be impossible since they are always so awful) but for some reason this doctors office has no issue employing her or having her «help» their patients. I, however, have a serious issue with being treated so disrespectfully and will never take my business to this office again. I would seriously drive to Vail or even Denver before giving them any more of my or my insurance co’s money.

This office is absolutely incompetent. Starting with a Dr «who doesn’t deal with disabilities, so what exactly do you want» to charging copay and not giving you a receipt (cause they can’t do that) Only to find out that it is against their contract to take money, since you get billed by your ins. co.(RMH) To the fact that they can’t refund you in the office (although if you yell loud enough they easily can). To a nurse who has no Idea how to take blood and causes the vein to blow. (1^st time in 100^th of needles) Yep. don’t waste your time here. Not worth your time or effort!
