I love these guys! I have had several procedures with the doctor, as well as other members of his staff. Dr. Riehs is THE BEST IN DFW for under eye tear troughs and filler. No doubt. He is amazingly gentle and incredibly artistic with filler. He has also strategically placed filler, where I am showing other signs of aging, and it always looks great. No one knows, it is so natural. I am also in the middle of Fraxel treatments with IPL. I can’t wait for the final results. B12 shots are super potent here, and I have also done the hcg diet here, as well. Can you tell, I love this place?! Bottom line: they do a great job and you see results.

The estheticians are great

One star is actually more than I care to give this poor excuse for a spa. No regard for clients’ time, bad communication. Had an appointment set up for 3 o’clock, was told to come a little earlier to fill out paperwork and do consultation. I did as I was told. I arrived at 2:45 only to yank on alocked door. I thought maybe I was at the wrong place or came to the rwrong door, then I noticed what the receptionist failed to mention… THEY ARE CLOSED daily from 2PM-​3PM. WHY then would you tell me to come earlier for a 3 o’clock knowing damn well you’ll be closed. So I sit out in the car for 15 minutes? No thanks! During this time I had time to scour other reviews of the spa and I was horrified. I thought that was it. it gets better.
Once inside I just got a bad vibe and it kept getting more intense, so I walked out. The receptionist asked if I wanted to reschedule. I said no, and explain my issue with disregard for time as I was already behind schedule, just starting to fill out paperwork when I should be well in my appointment. She says oh no, your consultation is till 4, your microdermabrasion is from 4 – 5. WHAT? Would’ve been great if that was mentioned before I made plans for 4:30. Amazing! Also, when setting up an appointment, they ask for your credit card number just in case. DO NOT GIVE IT OUT! They will pop you $ 50 for no show or late cancellation or if you walk out. This was a free microdermabrasion that was a gift, and I walked away. I think that says something! Whatever it’s worth, you’ve been warned.

I purchased 20 units of Botox and pre-​paid to meet their July special. I called and gave my credit card information over the phone. I came in for my appointment and completed the paperwork beforehand. I arrived promptly at 12:30. I was escorted to the waiting room where I waited for 25 minutes before being taken to a 2^nd room. The first question out of the assistants mouth was ‘what is your budget?’ Mind you — I am just there for the 20 Units that i have pre-​purchased. The assistant took photos of my face and then basically let me know that I needed almost $ 500 in Botox treatment on top of the $ 140 that I had already pre-​paid. She and her associate then left me sitting in a room for another 25 minutes waiting to see the doctor if this was not in ‘my budget’.
At this point, I left. The receptionist said she would get Dr. Riehs (whom I know) but after waiting around — I simply just left the facility. This is not the professionalism that you would expect from a high-​end salon –or even one in a shopping center next to a gym! I definitely would not recommend them to anyone, STEER CLEAR!

I was a member of the Microdermabrasion club and was satisfied with my treatments, so I purchased a series of laser hair removal treatments for my daughter. She was to get six treatments for the sideburn area of her face. After the first three appointments she was very excited about her results. Her fourth treatment she had a different tech (which was not unusual for his office) who burnt the devil out of my daughter’s face on both sides. We immediately went to talk with Dr. Rhiess about her condition and what we could do to prevent scaring. He was very unconcerned and told us that she had superficial wounds and they would get better over time, but assured us that his tech did nothing wrong with her settings or application and if he were doing it himself his settings and application would have been the same. He would not give us our money back or consider giving our money back for the two treatments we were due. Returning for two more treatments was out of the question. I would NEVER recommend him to anyone!

I paid for a package of Microdermabrasion in advance so as to get a discounted rate. I explained to them that I only live in Texas 3 months out of the year and I would pay in advance if they would honor and let me have the microdermabrasion s when I was in town. OH sure, not a problem. When I was home for the 3 months I couldn’t get in but a few times to use them because they have so many appointments I couldn’t even book. I was also stood up on an appointment when I did get in because someone was ill and they didn’t have anyone else to handle the appointment. So that went on and then I get a weird email from the office manager telling me that my package of microdermabrasion’s and photo facials (where I left bleeding) would not be honored any longer because they had gone up on the price… Can you believe it I paid in advance in full, can’t get in and when I do there is no one to do the appointment and they email me and tell me my package is null and void. I called several time and wrote several emails just to be avoided by the office manager and never making a connection. Dr Rhein’s seemed ok but as far as his botox and fillers they lasted only a few weeks 6 maybe 8.
I went back to my original Clinic I has used for years before trying Le Beau.” Advanced Facial Plastic Surgery in North Dallas”, Dr. Bassichis, he was happy to see me after being gone for a year and a half. Dr. Bassichis takes the time to listen to you, they return calls and most of all they don’t take your money if you pay in advance they are honorable with the best aestheticians ever. Think twice about who touches your face and don’t waist your money on a clinic who buys ad’s that votes them #1, what a joke!
