Le Ravissant Spa

I reached out to the owner Jennifer recently with a special holiday request for my sister whom lives in the area. As we prepare to say our goodbyes to my brother in-​law due to cancer, I know that my sister could use a moment to breathe. Showing a tremendous amount of compassion, Jennifer so graciously donated a spa day to my sister. It is people like this that still provide a glimpse of hope, love, and care for mankind in this crazy world we live in. My family and I cannot thank Jennifer enough and pray that she continues providing a place of serenity. If you have not been to the spa just yet, now is the time to treat yourself. Tomorrow is not promised, and we must continue to swim in our own lakes at times. HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

Today, I experienced the best massage and spa day of my life at Le Revissant. The massage was the perfect amount of pressure to work out sore muscles and relax. The environment was very relaxing and healing. I also had the European facial and back facial. Amazing! I feel like a new woman. The customer service was top notch. I see why they received best spa of Frisco.

I have been going to Le Ravissant Spa for 7 years now. Jennifer helped me look my best for my wedding, and then pre and post both children. The environment is so relaxing and private, I love being there. And the treatments rival 5 star spas. I love being pampered at Le Ravissant.
I’ve brought my mother and my mother-​in-​law who live in France, and they were very impressed by the luxury of the treatments and the quality of service and products. I also treated my sister-​in-​law who goes often for treatments in London and elsewhere in Europe, and she said it was one of the best experiences she’d had.
You must visit Le Ravissant and you will find yourself relaxed and looking wonderful for a fraction of the price most spas charge you.

Let me tell you, Jennifer jumped way beyond the great metric. Seriously, I’ve had facials all over the place. I’m also an esthetician and in the interest of «good Karma»…I don’t really give poor reviews regarding facial services. I only write reviews in this arena when I have something nice: good — great to say.
You know that someone has to love what they do if they open up their home to treat clients. That’s exactly what she’s done, and it’s a BEAUTIFUL home and a heavenly, warm, relaxing spa space. Jennifer is a firm believer in Dermalogica products and is really pleased with the results she sees using them. I, also, think it’s a solid skin care line. She has also completed advanced education at the International Dermal Institute (they’re linked with Dermalogica).
Jennifer definitely has a special gift for therapeutic touch. Her facial treatment reminds me of my favorite massage therapist! I had a 1 hour Deluxe European facial, and I was SO fabulously relaxed. I left with my skin feeling slightly buzzed (in a good way) and pleasantly disoriented. I can honestly say — it might quite possibly be the BEST relaxing facial I’ve ever had. She extensively works the cleansers, exfoliants, serums, and moisturizers over and into the skin. She spends more time massaging the chest, neck and face than any other facialist I’ve experienced. She also expertly delivers foot reflexology while you’re «masking». Every tiny touch is expertly calculated and executed. Not a single massaging swipe is delivered without concentration or care. This is definitely something worth noting — because many large spas have therapists that just seem to paint by number without much consideration for how those touches are being received.
Personally, I think the best feature of Le Ravissant is that it’s home based. Sure, that can seem a little awkward the first time you visit… but within minutes Jennifer will have you feeling like you’re long time friends… you’ll feel like your best friend happens to be an esthetician and you’re the lucky dog that she treats in her home away from the non-​sense in the «real» spa. It’s actually MUCH MORE relaxing this way. Maybe I’m biased because I’ve worked in several spas/​salons. An added highlight to being home-​based, Jennifer is able to keep her prices affordable (about ¹⁄₃^rd of what you might pay at most spas). I still can’t believe my facial was $ 50 plus gratuity. That, my friends, is a STEAL. Especially, since her treatment blows some I’ve paid $ 100 – 200 for OUT OF THE WATER!
