awful customer service and employees are second rate go to home depot across the street

Great store with an enormous sortiment — they’ve got everything that you could possibly need for your home improvements and garden. The staff is VERY helpful and friendly — extremely good service sense! Their prices are either superlow or at least very reasonable. I love just strolling around looking at stuff — gosh I wish I had unlimited space because with all that cheap quality material… I’d have a creative blast! :-D Definitely a fave store in the area!

I had a need to go to this Lowes in Frisco, TX, to order blinds and shutters to be delivered at another Lowes (in Indiana). I had many questions and concerns (probably too many), but as we will be installing them in a new home, they had to be right.
I worked with a coupe of people that were very helpful there, but I have to call out Daryl who went above and beyond to see that I left with what I needed.

The staff here is awesome! I took an old lamp base in several months ago to replace the old socket. Not only did the gentleman assisting me help find the correct type of socket he put it together and patiently explained how to do it. There is always generally someone around to ask for assistance and they do a great job of asking me if I’m finding everything ok as I’m going through the store. Much better experience here than Home Depot.

I needed some last minute items for a new apartment and needed help figuring out how to deal with a slow drain and when one of the employees saw me reading the backs of bottles with an obviously confused look, he offered to help! That’s the kind of customer service that you always hope for in these types of stores, but they usually rarely happen. Even more so, while we were talking another employee stopped by to make a suggestion!

Worst experience of SERVICE I’ve encountered. Won’t go back here!!! I’ll drive a little farther and go to the lowes at George bush n Preston. MUCH BETTER SERVICE!!! Boo Frisco.

Terri helped me in light bulbs and was extremely helpful despite not having good inventory. For example, I went there for an oven appliance bulb. They didn’t have any of these bulbs in stock! Walmart easily had them so I have to discount 1 star for the store. I prefer Lowes over HD due to quality item quality that seems to fare better than HD builder grade material. The shelves are always organized and the store doesn’t give me sneezing fits like when I’m at HD.

Thank you for providing the BEST customer service I jave experienced in a long time. Looking for a USMC Christmas ornament that was sold out in the Lowe’s on Preston Rd. I was assisted a very helpful young man Randy who gave me different options and arranged for pick up in another Lowe’s location 500 miles away. Happy mom of two Marines. I have to give them 5 stars all around. After getting other estimates for a fence (a major expense), I asked someone to give us a quote. Jeff called the next day, met with us and we told him everything we wanted — no nails, cap board, kick boards to make it level all the way around. Jeff gave us the best price of any of the quotes we’d gotten. It took 7 weeks before it was finally done — staining if all the wood, weather issues, delays in scheduling etc, but when all was said and done, their contractor (Precision Fence out of Greenville) did an awesome job! They were everything Jeff said they’d be. The guy who headed up our project, JR. Was amazing. He had me out there explaining everything as they went along as there were lots of options! I am extremely pleased with what Lowe’s did. Could not be more pleased!

Customer service terrible .no one wants to help you. just wants to point out where stuff is .poor service. thumbs down!

They’re a notch above home depot. The staff here were older mature adults. They were very helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back here in the near future.
