Marc Samuels Jewelers is amazing!!! Coco is great and VERY knowledgeable about diamonds. I recommend her highly!!! My husband and I were amazed at the selection of beautiful jewelry! I moved to Texas so I needed a Verragio jeweler to resize my ring since my original place is in Cali. They graciously took me in and handled all the coordination for me. I also needed my ring appraised for insurance purposes and they handled it within 24 hours. Even though I wasn’t a buying customer they didn’t make me feel bad for it
I am a big fan of Verragio and Tacori and they have a good selection here. I plan on returning as I do want to upgrade my wedding band. Very good service overall

Marc Samuels is one of the better jewelry stores I visited during my search for an engagement ring. Their sales associates (Tom and a woman whom I don’t have a name for) were extremely helpful in my search. One of the issues I was having when I stopped in… was that many stores simply didn’t have a great selection of stones to look at and compare sizes, colors, shapes, etc. While browsing their ring settings, the sales lady just walks out with a few stones based on what I mentioned and was like «check these beauties out» and there I finally got to see the difference in some sizes and colors and «try on» different sized stones in the settings I was considering. Wildly helpful! When other stores would tell us something like «We only have these 3 diamonds, you have to pick one. you’ll never find anything better», Marc Samuels was much more flexible. They told me to pick a day and time and they’d bring in 10+ stones in the range that we were looking for for us to look at. If we didn’t like those, they’d go get more.
They do carry stones from graders other than AGS and GIA so you may want to pay attention when looking if that is important to you.
The selection was rather large and what I appreciated about this store is that they had more than just Tacori and Simon G… they had a whole bunch of other brands as well. I was tired of seeing the same settings at every single store so it was a bit of a breath of fresh air to see quite a few new settings I’d never seen before.
This is one of the few stores in the DFW area that I recommended to a friend who was beginning his search for an engagement ring. (And believe me, I’ve visited them all)

Had several issues with the store in getting my diamond certificate in the mail. They sent the wrong certificate. Ended up filing a complaint with the BBB to get it resolved. Had to get a new diamond with laser inscription that matched the certificate.

Great service from the moment that I walked in. I was treated as if they really were interested in helping me and they took the time to listen. I highly recommend this jewelry store.

I have a ring from my great grandmother that is over 100 years old. A while back the band cracked and I needed to get it repaired. My husband asked around and this place was highly recommended. As well as getting the band fixed I also had it resized. My hubby dropped it off on a Wednesday and by Thursday afternoon it was ready. I was a little weary that the place that it was repaired it would have solder marks. It was free of blemishes. It also was very reasonably priced.

I brought in my wedding band to have it re-​sized. I was helped right away upon entering and was in and out in under five minutes. My ring was ready as promised the next day and looks better than the day I bought it. I couldn’t believe there was absolutely no scar or indication whatsoever that the ring had been cut and material added. It looks perfect. And the price was excellent as well. $ 89 for a 2 size up-​size on a white gold wedding band. Very highly recommend.

I loved shopping here. I had the absolute best experience ever. I worked in jewelry for six years, and got the same prices WORKING THERE as I did at Marc’s. An 8 Ct tennis bracelet, diamond right hand ring, diamond earrings and an onyx and diamond necklace. They had exceptional service and warrantee. I would not shop anywhere else.
