I had Mr. Appliance out to our house in April 2012. They repaired my LG front load washing machine. Six months later the same problem has occurred. When I talked to their dispatcher to make the appointment, she said if the machine has the same issue, it is covered under warranty. The technician came out today. He told me that his repair work will not be covered under warranty(even if it’s the same issue). I told him to call his boss/owner to tell him what the dispatcher told me when I made the appointment. He did. The owner of Mr. Appliance said«no.» I told the technician I would not have him repair my washing machine and that I will not use them again. I took the day off work to meet him here to work on the machine. Unbelievable, poor customer service.

I had almost exactly the same experience as the first reviewer(Kim L.) They came out to take a look, told me the would quote, never called back. Then started sending me late payment notices. They finally sent to a collection agency. Stay away from them, very suspicious business practices. And no results.
