Called them this morning to help get a few things knocked out for the new house we moved into. Super responsive, had someone here by 1 pm and took care of a new dryer and some blinds within the hour. Will definitely use them again.

I called thinking this was a local Frisco business. Ends up the phone number takes you to a national call center where the rep couldn’t tell me anything about the Frisco location but assured me after I gave him my name, phone number, and description of repairs needed that someone would call me as soon as possible. 4 days later and they still never called. Very annoying.

I had several household repairs that could be put off no longer. I called Mr Handyman to see if they could make the repairs. They were able to make the repairs quickly and without costing me an arm and a leg. Matt made the repairs to both my toilets and electrical outlets. He will be back on Monday to do some other things that need to be done. I am very excited to have located them. I will definitely use them again when I have simple repairs to make.
