We’ve been going here for over 10 years. We just recently replaced our dying vacuum cleaner which they have repaired for us at no charge. We got a trade in for a new one. We also have the orbiter for cleaning carpets that we’ve had for over 10 years. Their service is good and carpet and cleaning products do the job.

Good service. I was in and out in in less than 10 minutes and my Oreck was back in shape. Very fair charge too.

Shop advertises themselves as a «Dyson Certified Repair Center.» However, they only «repair» Dyson vacuums if you’re paying out of pocket. They do not do warranty work. So, if you own a Dyson and it is still under warranty, DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE! They are deceptive. You could wind up paying for a repair that would be covered under Dyson warranty. They only want to tell how how many Dysons they repair each month so they can try to sell you an Oreck. It is a total SHAM! I have contacted Dyson about the advertising they use and what they tell their customers. Part of the blame lies with Dyson as to how we wound up at this shop to begin with, but it doesn’t really matter. Bottom line is… if you have an Oreck Vacuum, probably a great place to go… if you have any other vacuum that is under a warranty, DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE NEAR IT.
