Dr. Huang and her staff are great. They do not make doctors like her anymore… which is a shame. Dr. Huang is highly analytical, looks at the whole individual, and does not rush patients through appointments like cattle. She consistently impresses me with her approach. Great ENT, great staff. They’re all very nice and super thorough. They don’t do anything unnecessary, but make sure that they aren’t overlooking any reason for your illness or discomfort. She does things that make sense! I love this woman. They have really taken good care of me. If you need an ENT please go see her.

Dr. Huang is a very knowledgeable doctor and clearly experienced in her field. She is thorough and attentive. However, her staff is horrible! The receptionist is rude and unprofessional. The wait time is ridiculous! If you have a 2PM appointment, don’t expect to be called back for another 30 – 45 minutes at least. They do not apologize for the delay and clearly have no regard for your time. I will have to find another ENT who’s appointment times actually mean something. Highly disappointed and will not be returning.

Dr. Huang has taken care of me and 3 of my children, including performing surgery. I find her to be an outstanding ENT. She is very practical and logical, while also being warm and personable. For one of my children, she wisely advised following her condition and treating her conservatively rather than going straight to surgery, and my daughter’s issue resolved completely. I am a health care professional myself, so I have high standards for my family’s physicians. I will be sticking with Dr. Huang. I’ve never had an issue with her office staff; they have always been very professional and friendly. They are straight forward about which plans are in-network and what the copays will be.

Patti Huang is a great doctor and was excellent in treating my sons conditions a year ago. They were very overpriced for a simple procedure that took a total of 2 minutes to perform. However, her office staff has horrible customer service at the front desk. Their receptionist was rude everytime I asked a question and said my consult fee would be based on my insurance. So if you don’t like them, to bad you will get a bill for the consult and every follow up appt that takes 2 minutes. Their billing department needs to get it together with their bogus charges. If they say you need to go back for a consult, don’t it’s not worth it. I was going to schedule another appointment for my son but since the receptionist had to be so rude I decided not to book another appt. There are plenty of great ENT that I called today that were beyond polite and courteous with helping us!
