I am very disappointed in the service here. I brought my pc in last Friday and didn’t get my pc back till Wednesday afternoon. needed simple repairs and I was charged $ 220…I feel that I was taken advantage of… they make you pay $ 50 dollars for an assessment, really??? will not go back, for sure!!!

Very pleased with PC Geeks Frisco. Have had two pcs serviced there, one with a failed hard drive and one with RAM issue. Both were fixed quickly and at a reasonable cost. The staff is professional, courteous, and communicates with the customer. I highly recommend.
