Me and my boyfriend were hoping for a quick dinner. Worst service I have ever experienced in my whole life. Ignored for a solid 90 minutes. Will never return.

It’s the traditional Vietnamese restaurant, the food is fine, but cost a little more than we expected. Not worth the value.

Local favorite! What an amazing place in the most inconspicuous location… We have been here dozens of times! Not only is the phở superior but the appetizers are delicious as well! Friendly and prompt service. Not just the best phở in Colorado, but maybe the best phở we’ve ever had(and we’ve had it all from coast-to-coast). The phở is consistently made with super-fresh ingredients(veggies and meats). The bean sprouts look like they were just harvested that morning, as do the other accouterments, including thai basil, lime and jalapenos. Ample portions, which is perfect coming off the slopes or having a relaxing weekend lunch. Highly recommended, and is right off I-70 coming into the mountains. We hope more people discover Phở Bay so they stay in Summit County forever!

LOVE this place! Don’t let the fact that it’s in the bottom of a hotel fool you, their food is legit. You must try the dumplings and if you come during happy hour all apps are half off, and draft beers are $ 2! Seriously can’t be beat. Service was also great and quick!

Alrighty, your in Frisco and looking for a place to eat. The food here is terrific, fresh, and very reasonably priced. We are not Phở fans, so we had the noodle and other dishes. Beats most restaurants in Frisco

Coming from a phở snob I would rate this a «pretty good». Service was excellent but the broth a bit anemic. Noodles were perfect the protein good. The usual accompaniment of fresh Thai basil, bean sprouts, jalapeño and lime were present. Full menu and would go back to try other dishes.

Really delicious phở and other Asian treats. I had a giant bowl of phở as well as the delicious fried pork ribs in Korean BBQ sauce. The phở was one of the best I’ve had anywhere and came with a goodly amount of Thai basil, bean sprouts, and jalepenos. The usual sauces are on the table for you. The service is more Asian style than American style — meaning there are lots of people running around at high speed. You might need to flag someone down when you need them. There’s a full bar. It’s in an odd location on the ground floor of a hotel, but the food is delicious.

Going a bit downhill on service and prices went up, but food is really great. They are the only good PHO place in Summit so far, even though a couple more are recently opened and hopefully perfecting. Happy hours prices are a good deal. Enormous PHO bowls. Food is ready quickly. Closed on Sundays.

We’re locals, so this place is nice to have as an option for decent Vietnamese food. The phở is good, as are the appetizer options and dinner entrees. But the service is spotty every single time we’ve been in. There are just too many guests and not enough servers. You have to be patient and not in a hurry when you go here to eat. This is equally true at 4:30 pm, and especially true when they are crowded in the evenings. I grew up near San Francisco and lived in Seattle for years, both of which have great options for Vietnamese cuisine. While Phở Bay 2 is good, it’s not the best I’ve had. Still, there is so little decent Asian cuisine anywhere in Colorado, I’m thankful to have it in Summit County.

Awesome food and friendly service. Best place in Frisco. And just so you all know if you order the seafood phở, you can expect it to be fishy dah, don’t be stupid.

The receptionist(Brandon) was rude and the service was extremely slow. We were a party of 16 people. We stated clearly that we were willing to sit separately in 4 smaller parties of 4. However, the receptionist seemed to have difficulties understanding this request. He kept telling us that«Oh, we’ve got two tables, but they are not next to each other. I’ll sit other groups first.» We had to reiterate that we were fine sitting separately. This went back and forth a few times before we were finally seated at three separate tables and four at the bar. During the waiting, the receptionist kept telling other customers on the waiting list when they inquired the wait time that«it’ll be like 30 minutes. We’ve got a lot of angry people in front of you.» I could not believe that I heard a receptionist referring to their customers to other customers as angry people… The nightmare was yet to arrive. We were not even served water until 15 minutes after seated. Order was not made until another 10 minutes later. Meals were not served until another 30 minutes later. I’ve never seen one phở restaurant that serves this slow. When it came to check, 18% tips was already included on two of the four checks we got on four tables because we were considered party larger than 6… despite we had sit separately and gotten separate checks… Some of us noticed this and some didn’t. We only found this when we left and talked about our terrible experience at this place.

Okay, so either i have been eating really terrible phở my whole life, or this is seriously the BEST phở. It was so fresh, the noodles had perfect texture, the veggies had perfect texture, so delicious. Also, I’m vegetarian, so usually all my dishes come with tofu by default. I’ve always just tolerated it– sometimes I ask for only veggies, sometimes I leave it in. I’m SO glad I left it in, because the tofu was cooked to perfection, where I actually couldn’t get enough. So delicious. The service was great, the food was great– and the medium portion was a double serving for me. It’s a bit more expensive than the phở I’m used to, but didn’t mind at all. Absolutely worth it for the quality. The only thing I’m upset about is the fact that now, every other phở place is ruined for me.

What a great place!!! And AMAZINGFOOD and service. We went last night… group of 4 and super nice inside. Cozy! Sake was great. Phở was even better. Best I have ever had! And Ai(the owners son) came over to check on us and was super friendly. His parents work in the kitchen and he spent extra time to tell us the story. He said it gets super busy during peak times… but we went a little later and say right down. Tofu super fresh… broth amazing! Totally hit the spot!!!

Amazing!!! I LOVE this place. It was very busy so we had to wait a while for our large party but it was well worth it! Definitely authentic Viet food and our server was so polite. Appetizer: fried dumplings were good Main dish: You MUST try their phở, the broth is amazing!!! I got phở dac biet(combo) and each of the meats were delicious(meatballs are my favorite!). Main dish 2: We also got the bun thit nuong which was a great dry noodle dish. I’ll be back next time I’m in Frisco!

I have eaten in dives and starred restaurants & evaluate them on its own food, service, & atmosphere. When services are slow, I don’t assume servers’ at fault. But when it’s a phở restaurant in a motel lobby, I expect a fast service. When your customers can’t stay & eat since your service was so slow & you forgot to place the order in the first place, don’t assume you’re gonna get a full 20% tip. When you’re arrogant & yell at a customer, don’t expect a tip. You know what they say about AssUmption. Can’t say much about the food since we didn’t get to eat & it was the slowest service ever! I still tipped the server who made mistakes since I saw him literally running around serving. The other guy, Zach, was just rude, arrogant, & extremely proud of living in the Summit Co. I definitely felt unwelcomed since I didn’t live in the county. Will NOT go back.

I would give this place 5 stars if it wasn’t for the crappy service. It’s so hit or miss when I come here, but for the most part it’s pretty terrible. Food has always been great though, this is the only place I’ve ever had phở but the flavors are delicious and the portions are huge!

What a surprise to see an authentic Vietnamese place close to Breck. I was craving a hot soup and phở hit the spot. The place is actually in a hotel and really wasn’t expecting that so we drove around the hotel and finally realized we had to walk into the hotel to get to the restaurant. When we arrived the place was pretty busy. The bar was packed and only a few tables open for seating. We had the egg rolls and tofu starter which were both excellent. We both had phở and to my surprise it was good. Above average actually. Reminds me of phở back home. The staff were friendly and attentive. I would surly come back next time I’m in town. Nothing beats warm soup after a cold day of skiing!

Finally! Finally Summit County has ushered in the amazing-ness that is phở for a cold winter’s day. As the first to open in Summit County, I’m so glad they did it right. Located in the hotel, there’s plenty of parking and it’s easy to find. More importantly, it’s good phở! Phở is always ranked on a few criteria for me: 1. Freshness(of meat and veggies): check! 2. Broth(theirs was a little sweeter than I am used it, but it was still good): check! 3. Spring Rolls(They do them right here! Big, full of freshness, and with a decent peanut dipping sauce): check! Cleanliness was fine. And so was service. Super excited to have this snowy weather food favorite available locally! And now I just need to figure out where Phở Bay 1 is…

My husband and I were so happy that a phở place was so close to our hotel. We were staying at the hotel right next to the hotel that the one the Phở Bay 2 was located in so we just had to walk across the parking lot to get to it. We could smell the yumminess right when we walked into the hotel lobby. There was a line of people waiting and the place was full, so that was a good sign. We both ordered the combination phở which has the rare beef, brisket, tendon and meatballs. I got a small(and it was plenty) and my husband got a medium. It did take little while for us to get our food, but the place was busy and it looked like there was only one waitress, so we allowed for that. Once we got our phở, it was worth it. They were generous with the bean sprouts, basil, lime and peppers. Usually I have to ask for extra lime wedges, but they gave us plenty. The broth was delicious and the brisket was tender and flavorful. There was also plenty of meat in the phở; especially the meatballs. We were both very satisfied. When we were ready to pay for our bill, we noticed the waitress didn’t charge us for my husband’s beer and told her. She told us the beer was free. I think she was so swamped that she didn’t think it was worth the hassle to print out a new receipt. We thought that was nice of her. We really liked the phở and would have liked to try some other things on the menu. We’d definitely go back again if we were in Frisco.

This time was the first time I have ever tried phở and it was awesome! It was a great warm meal out in the mountains. Phở Bay is in a restaurant in the Baymont Hotel. You can chose three sizes of phở, I went with the small. You then can chose 1 – 3 different meats in your phở. They also bring out a plate with a bunch of basil, limes, and other veggies to put in your phở. I put basil and lime in my water. Their service isnt great, but I know that they are working on hiring more experienced staff. I highly recommend stopping in and trying Phở if you’re in town!
