A very nice new stoage unit, as it is new they do have awesome 1 dollar first month deals going on. However they do not tell you online that if you open two storage units the second one isnt a dollar for the first month, even if it goes in someone elses name. As I scheduled a reservation to view the storage unit for another friend I know who was moving, so when she got there, because she didnt schedule it online, they could transfer the reservation in her name, but however refused to give her the dollar online discount (even though it was in her name) I have now referred two other people and also myself to buy 2 storage units from there. However customer service goes a long way in the business, and that is something this storage unit lacks. Arlene, is a very rude, and unprofessional individual who obviously doesnt value the customers in the business. I feel that someone who is representing the company should value the customers who are making the business stay afloat, (especially a new business) Because of the way she treats people, I would rather spend my money in a different storage unit because there are thousands around. Especially with someone who is friendly. Thumbs down in my book.
