Have been to this location several time amazing customer service vast selection but items are overpriced you could find the same exact item in Amazon at literally ¹⁄₃ of the cost but I guess you’re paying for being the only shop in frisco

The staff here is incredibly knowledgable and helpful. Frisco is more conservative than Dallas or Plano, but this is my favorite adult shop because I’ve received fantastic advice and found rare products from now-​defunct Verles line. Rebecca is a sweetheart who communicates clearly, gladly answers my questions, offers skilled customer service, and drops new knowledge (safety and otherwise).

I’m so unhappy with Sara’s Secret right now. I went in on Friday just before Valentine’s Day to get something nice to wear for my husband. I spent $ 35 on an outfit that was in a sealed/​taped box. I went to open it on Valentine’s night to find a nice large rip right in the front of the outfit. I understand there is a no return policy but if they sold torn merchandise, they should at least exchange it. Their excuse, we have no proof it was torn before buying it. That’s not ok in my book. They take those out for people to try on and it should have been inspected before resealing it. I will be calling corporate tomorrow and laying into them. This is unacceptable. I didn’t even get to put it on for my husband and it put a total damper on our evening.

Frisco is very strict and conservative when it comes to certain things. It’s nice to have a store like this in my own back yard and not have to travel a hop, skip, and a booger flick away to get to an adult store. It’s in the same area as the only head shop in Frisco. Can’t go wrong. Staff is very friendly and always willing to help out and make suggestions. It’s a bit on the expensive side, but what do you expect it’s Frisco and the only shop of its kind in the area.
