Sonic Drive In Fm 423

So I got a call back a couple days after I put up my review by a new male manager that explained to me that the two people who were flipping me off weren’t his choice of employees but that he was short handed and that’s why they were still employed. I was offered a comped meal from him and I declined. I asked him to send me an email of what he thought would be the proper resolution to such a commotion at a place of business in the service industry and after agreeing I never heard a word from him again. I’m sure he will probably call me again once he sees this with an excuse but once again shows the professionalism of Sonic. Still haven’t been to any sonic location since the issues nor has my family and it will stay that way.

Today a guy called me from a blocked number and asked me if I had been to sonic a few months back and asked me to explain to him what my experience was like. I obviously asked who I was speaking and he ignored the questions 4 times and refused to tell me who he was or why he was calling. I asked the person not to call my phone. Just a minute or so just after I hung up on him he called me back and told me that he was one of the people that «supposedly» flipped me off. He stated that his manager left up my information on his computer and after I told him at this point his calls were becoming harassment and once again asked him not to call my number again he told me «good luck» because he had all my information from his managers computer. This is starting to spiral out of control due to the lack of professionalism from top to bottom!

I now have text messages from this disgruntled employee calling me names abs harassing me calling me all through the night and morning. I will add a screen shot in photos for your view. This little kid needs to grow up and worry about getting his GED rather than harassing customers. I still have not heard back from the manager and at this point it seems that quite possibly we will be filing charges to put an end to all of this.

I’ve been here a total of 3 times and it’s just awful. Burgers are like hockey pucks, lettuce is brown, grilled cheese was soaked in oil, tater tots are never fresh and I’ve asked for extra cherries in the limeade twice and never got them. Worst Sonic ever!

We go to this Sonic a lot and get good service but occasionally we don’t get everything we order but the cost of going back is more than what the item missing would cost. I love tier Master Blasts though.

Mixed experiences here. Very friendly, but sometimes slow. They messed up my last order, but when I called they credited me a free shake on the next visit. I will continue to come back as it is near my house. PS It is safer to exit out via the gas station, as cars come fast over the hill on FM 423.
