We called them to clean all the rooms in our house before moving in. The phone representative was extremely nice and went over all the options in detail. I was in a bit of time crunch but they were able to accommodate my request for basically next day service (at no additional cost which is always a plus). The cleaning guy came in when they said they would and was very efficient. I was expecting multiple people to show up considering there were 7+ rooms to clean but the one guy was more than capable of handling the job himself. The cleaning itself was great and don’t have any complaints. It wasn’t the best carpet cleaning job ever but it was better than most other services I have used. The only reason to take a star off was because he didn’t use any shoe coverings and left shoe prints all over my wood floors. The shoeprints weren’t dirty or anything but still would have been nice if I didn’t have to clean up the watermarks left by the shoe prints. I would still use them again but ask the cleaning guy to wear shoe covers.

Just had my carpet and tile/​grout cleaned by Spotless Carpet Cleaners for the first time and I must say, I am impressed! I didn’t even know my tile and grout could look so clean. Looks like brand new floors again! And the carpet is spotless, even in places where I was sure it would be stained forever. Tyree was wonderful and explained everything he was going to do and he made our house look amazing! Highly recommend!

I’ve used Jason and the folks at Spotless for the entire 8 years we’ve lived in Frisco. Our house has the cheapo carpet that the contractors threw in the house 10 years ago. Spotless has been able to squeeze «just one more year» out of it before we need to break down for new carpet. Given that our dog and kids still have their own types of accidents, I’m not in a hurry to chunk down $ 5−8k for new carpet.
I’ve comfortably recommended Jason and Spotless to others. They offer good cleaning for a strong price and I’ve never felt they’re half-​asting it at all. Good folks.

I loathe going with companies that hire really unprofessional cheap labor to do their work. Customer service means a lot me, and the ill-​mannered unclean individual who came to clean my carpet from Spotless Carpet Cleaners in Frisco was terrible.
Given, I don’t live in Frisco, and the guy had to drive far to handle my carpets, the company and this employee shouldn’t have accepted the job if it was too far.
All together, he had a very «shady» attitude, seemed to «clean» the carpet waaayyy too fast, which led me to believe he did a half-​hearted job. In the end, he told me not to walk on the carpet for 2 hours to let it dry. I didn’t get to enter into a couple rooms until 2 hours after he left, so only after he left did I see that there were NEW spots in random places where they weren’t before. I think his equipment was dripping something because those spots were definitely new.
Anyways, I definitely would not recommend this place. Next time I’ll go with a more reputable company.
