Because they all about that business. Bout that business. They don’t get no treble. They all bout that business bout that business no treble. Oh yah it’s pretty clear. They got your money in the bank. And they can shake it shake it like they always do. Big business is all this place is. They will not be getting business from me.

I now know why, even though this Staples is in an affluent area, it does not get any any good reviews. After a day of working late, I rushed to the nearest Staples and got to their door by 8:58pm(they close at 9pm) only to find they they had already locked the doors. Mind you, security bar was not yet locked probably because they were not supposed to be closed. To top it off, the«kind» gentleman pretended to not hear my knocks on their door even though he was standing no more than 5 feet away from it. He proceeded to ignore me for the next 2 minutes then promptly at 9pm, came to the door, dropped the security bar, and locked it. I could not believe the blatant disrespect a Staples worker would have for one of its customers. I brought to his attention that he had ignored me for the last 2 minutes and he said«you just got here, I just saw you walk up, were closed, have a good night!» If I could, I would give this business negative 10 stars. And needless to say, I will be escalating a complaint to corporate early tomorrow morning.

This Staples has the WORST customer service. I had an order online and expected my shipment to come in on 2⁄15. I called at 11AM today to check if it was available but the store associate stated that the rep who is able to check it is not available. She wrote down my name and number to call back. It has been 2 hours and I still have not received a call back. To follow up I called at 1 and got the same EXACT message. I don’t understand how store associates cannot simply go to their stock area to see if my package has arrived or not. Also, when I tried to speak to a manager, there wasn’t one available.

Staples are so useful. Especially this location. Everyone here is friendly and really wants to help you save money by becoming a Rewards member. What an awesome staff, genuine people. I love this place. Today the cashier told me how awesome I was, then I told the cashier how awesome she was. I told her that I wanted to sign up for a Rewards card immediately. Staples are useful.

I hate this store… I am not sure if it the location, or the staples way. Every time i go in there(i go because they usually have my ink in stock) the speak down to me(as if I am not looking at the cartridge number that i wrote down). Today was the last straw… The cashier insisted on my filling out their reward form(this is after him asking me twice if i had one and me replying no both times). I didn’t want to… This is staples, not Costco. I found no reason to fill one out because i will not go back. He wouldn’t check out my ink and CDs without me filling one out.
