Wow! Overpriced and not comcerned with customer service when you start asking questions about charges! The associate actually just walked away when I was talking to her. I signed up for email coupons months ago — have asked repeatedly about it and still never received. The automatic customer return discount is a joke!!! I will drive out of my way to go to another cleaner in the future.

Two times I have gone to pick up items for my fiancée. The staff is friendly, but the last time she brought in a couple dresses and the work was subpar. She asked for her bridesmaid dress to be steamed before her friends wedding and it wound up with a weird mark being left on the front. Wasn’t there before and she had never even worn it out. They also didn’t do a very good job on her other dress. There were still deodorant marks left by the top of the dress.
Not sure if there was a mix up or what, but the last visit left a lot to be desired.

I just do not know how I could recommend this cleaner. There are dogs everywhere. No joke, the cleaner keeps animals in the shop. When you visit you will be greeted by dogs smelling and touching you and your clothes, with no attempt to stop them by the employees. They are lying around on the floor in front and in back, and often walking around outside.
I find it odd and a little gross as a customer, regardless of the business. But for a cleaner to have shedding animals all over the store just doesn’t work for me.
They seem to do a fair job of cleaning, and their prices are average. If you do not mind the dogs in the shop, or the message that sends as to how clean your clothes will actually get, maybe give them a try. But with all of the other options nearby, I don’t know why you would choose this one.

Great experience. Nice staff. Good clean. I shopped around and they were honest and upfront with all fees. They were organized and got me my items quickly. I now recommend this company to local friends

This is the cleaners that hubby and I have been using. I like that you have the option to have paper tags put on your clothes and not only the iron on tracking tags that some cleaners just put on your stuff without asking. (I HATE that) The ladies here really try to get to know your order and put urgency on getting you in and out.
