Unbelievably incompetent. Wish I could note negative stars. When you are asked to sign a release before they tighten screws on the hinge, it should tell you something. Not more than two minutes later, my glasses were handed back to me in two pieces. The employee took it upon himself to over tighten screws on the end piece (which I never asked him to do) and broke off the two screws holding the temple to the rim. He offered to gouge the screws out of the wooden frame. I wouldn’t let him near them again. I encountered a nice gentleman at a wood shop down the street who helped me glue the pieces back together so that I could see.

Fort Collins, CO
Everyone know that when you go to the mountain you have to have some good shades. This place has a variety of options in both RX and and non. Not too pricey for being in middle of the Rocky Mountain ski resorts.
