Very convenient but wish they had greater options for stronger beds. But they are nice and clean :-)

Wow surprised that this place has good reviews! Went here for my first time yesterday bc my tanning salon by my house closed down.
First, let’s start with the faculty seems nice no wait to get to the front desk but that’s when things got bad… I told the young lady working that I needed buy a month bc I was going to Mexico at the end of the month and my salon closed. Told her I’ve never been in to any of these salons before; she handed me a client sheet to fill out. Everything was just very cold; there was no welcome, thanks for giving us a try, or even hi how are you doing today; after I was finished filling out the client sheet she just rings up my month; doesn’t tell me about any specials or ask if I needed lotion! Which I did! She tells me bed 13 was ready for me after asking how long I wanted to go in for; she didn’t show me anything about the beds or how the buttons work as they have done at every other previous salon I’ve been to; I was just left with my own devices. Horrible horrible customer service.
And on top of all of that the «pillow» you lay your head on in the bed is hard plastic, no radio/​CD player as far as I could see and the beds seem to not close tightly as most AND NO mirror at all in your room!!! How are you supposed to make sure you don’t look like a hot mess before you go out into the world after?!
I will not return here after my month is up.

So clean. Staff is very helpful. Love the spray product — Versa! Great monthly specials. Tucked into the shopping area at Main & Teel beside Kroger.
