Wow. what an unpleasant experience. Feels like they are paying me to get my hair cut. Not greeted, no ‘thank you’ etc. When finish paying, just handover receipt to me and walked away without a word. Also where was the hot towel?

Have a Valpak coupon but it doesn’t mention it has to be printed. When you go to redeem is when they tell you. So they are cheating this way to get more customer in the store.

I’m new to Frisco and am always nervous about finding someone new to cut my hair, but this place is awesome. The place is super clean and the staff is very friendly. I’d like to highly recommend Cynthia if you come here, she’s the BEST!

I went in today for several reasons.
1. I’m new to DFW and just needed a trim.
2. I have a connection to one of the stylists.
3. I (unlike others in DFW) cannot afford a $ 100 haircut every 6 weeks.
Ask for Cynthia. Mostly because she’s amazing! Rather than tell me what she was going to do, she asked what I want and if there was a reason why I wanted that specific cut. She also could tell it’d been a while since my last cut. I told her I’m trying to keep the length for my upcoming wedding, but I need to get rid of what’s dead. She made her suggestions, then it was off to shampoo! After a lovely shampoo and condition, back at the chair, she reviewed again what we were going to do with my hair. Snip, snip, chop, chop, and VIOLA! My hair looks and feels GREAT. She took great care in styling my hair afterward even though she knows I’m going home, but even better, she told me how to get the style at home! I’m typically a «blow dry and straighten» type of girl, but if I know how to reproduce the style, I can easily go home and try it on myself.
Short version: Cynthia rocks. Go see her right now.
