Terrible service. Seems like they didn’t wanna make an $ 800 sale today. They have 3 ppl on the clock, on a slow day, and provided horrible service. One CSR in particular didn’t seem to know what she’s talking about. It’s okay if you don’t know specifics, but get help, but this CSR didn’t. Just plain terrible.

Simply the most friendly, patient, accommodating and helpful store I have ever been in. They bend over backwards to help out their customers and make you feel like you are the only customer they have, even if there are others. I have gone in here dozens of times, and have always always had the most positive experience possible, even when my kids are acting unruly and they could easily not be so kind. You cannot go wrong going here, and the service, plans, and phone are far superior to anything that’s out there.
